Information About
a) Prints & Paper
Your print will be printed specifically
to order, according to the size you have requested.
We print on two types of archival
photographic paper; Fine Art which is a heavy paper that gives a textured finish
and Matt paper, this gives a flat non-reflective finish that is perfect for
framing behind glass.
The
prints are undertaken by hand with great care and to high standard using a Giclee
process for the Fine Art prints and a Lightjet
process for the Matt prints.

b) Mounts &
Frames
Our bespoke wooden frames have a
pearl black or white finish. This gives them a modern feel to complement
your chosen image. They are square cut with a box profile and come complete
with a hanging system designed to enable you to hang your prints flat against
the wall
The mounts are made from thick acid free card with a bevel edged window mount.
They are Porcelain white in colour to complement your chosen photograph.

c) Special Collections
Our
special collections are selected from Red Cover Prints comprehensive library
of images by leading figures in the Interiors and Garden industry. You can find

d) Signed Prints
All
our prints are signed by the photographer at the bottom of the image. For more

2. How do I place an order?
When
you have found your chosen image please click the “print and frame options”
button this will take you to step by step process of choosing your size, paper
and
frame with mount. You then will be able to add this selection to the Shopping
Cart which will save your choice and enable you to continue browsing other collections
and images or proceed to the payment page. Further information on sizes, frames

What are the payment options?
The
payment process is undertaken through Paypal
– a secure online payment website. This will give you the option to save your
details for future purchases. Please see Paypal
site for further information.

4. How do I change or correct my order?
If
you would like to change your order before your have completed your purchase
you can click the ‘Edit’ button on the Shopping Cart page, this will allow you
to change your choices of size, paper, mount and frame. You may also delete
a chosen image from your order on the same page by pressing ‘Remove’ button
next to the relevant image.
If
you have already placed your order and received a confirmation email, please
carefully read our returns
policy and then contact us on orders@redcoverprints.com
with your order reference number.

5. Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes
you will receive a confirmation email containing your order reference number
shortly after completing your purchase. If you have not received an email within
24 hours, please contact orders@redcoverprints.com

When will I received my order?
We aim
to deliver your order within 10 days.

7. My order hasn’t arrived?
If
your order has not arrived within 10 days please contact orders@redcoverprints.com
with your name and order reference number. Please find this
in your confirmation email.

How will my order be delivered?
Your
framed print will be delivered via Royal Mail Recorded post. If there is no-one
to receive the order at the delivery address, then you can rearrange delivery
or collection through the Royal Mail. More information is available on the Royal
Mail website.
All prints
with frames will be carefully packaged and prints only will be carefully rolled
up into solid cardboard tubes with packaging.

9. Can I deliver to a friends or alternative address?
Yes
we can deliver to any specified address. Please make sure you enter this when
you are placing your order within Paypal. The delivery note enclosed with your
order will not include the price making it ideal for a gift.

My print or frame is damaged?
We
take the greatest of care with our prints and frames but if you find your purchase
is damaged on delivery please contact orders@redcoverprints.com
and we will arrange a replacement print to be delivered. Please see Conditions

Will you refund me if I am not happy
with the product?
Yes
if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return us
the item for a replacement or a full refund. Please
